URBAN
FLESH... MUTILATION... Watch
the trailer! In
November 1999, HELLTIMATE STUDIO launched into the world a dirty cannibal
movie called URBAN FLESH. This micro-budget production shocked the underground
horror business in America and abroad. It ended up pleasing the hardcore
horror crowd, slowly becoming an underground hit in Canada and Germany.
Later that year, URBAN FLESH was banned in at least three countries
including it's native land; Canada. Because of stupid bureaucrats who
considered the film to be obscene, director Alexandre Michaud had to
fight to keep the movie available to everyone. Less that two years later,
the original 900 copies run of the movie were sold out and the STUDIO
decided not to go for a second run in order to focus on new projects.
Since 2002, this classic Canadian gore-fest has been out of print everywhere.

On October 23rd, 2007, URBAN FLESH will be back on the market with a brand-new cut completely re-edited by the director from the original footage. With the best sound and picture quality ever, this new version of URBAN FLESH features a much faster paced cut of the film including ALL THE GORE but none of the boring crap! |
