10/17/2008 CLEAN and URBAN FLESH at Con'Cept 2008 Last minute news for those of you in the Montreal area. Tonight, Friday the 17th and tomorrow, two of our films will be presented in the screening room of Con'Cept 2008. This yearly comics/sci-fi convention will be held from the 17th to the 19th at the Days Hotel on Guy Street in downtown Montreal. Our classic cannibal gorefeast URBAN FLESH will be presented tonight at 10:30pm. It will be the first screening of Urban Flesh in Montreal since it's premiere night in 1999. On top of that, it will be the very first big screen showing of the new cut of the film (the 80 minutes 2007 DVD cut) anywhere. CLEAN will play pretty late on Saturday night (around midnight). 9/09/2008 Lots of shit... It's been a freakin long while so we've got plenty of stuff for you today... First off is a brand new interview with the Big Lazy Ape in Chief that was posted last week on Dead Harvey. 6/03/2008 CLEAN hits the street on DVD today!!! It's a good time for DVD shoppers! Last week we had the mighty Rambo and this week, it's the release of our serial killer nihilistic opus; CLEAN. 4/9/08 CLEAN and GOREGOYLES 2 on Tout Le Monde En Parle! Wow! Last Sunday, more than 1.2 million Canadian viewers were treated to a clip from CLEAN & GOREGOYLES 2 as main actor MARCO CALLIARI was interviewed on popular French TV show TOUT LE MONDE EN PARLE. CALLIARI was on the set of SRC's most popular TV show to talk about his recent singing tour in France but the interview was quickly sidetracked when the presenter showed a clip from CLEAN and the cover to GOREGOYLES 2. The images shocked the audience as Canadian viewers are used to see CALLIARI as the ultimate romantic singer! ;-) Good stuff. 3/9/08 CLEAN to be released on DVD June 3rd!!! On June 3rd, Brain Damage Films will release our new feature; CLEAN starring Marco Calliari (Anonymus) & Sebastien Croteau (Necrotic Mutation). The film will be presented in the proper 16x9 widescreen format and runs for a good 71 minutes. Directed by Alexandre Michaud (Urban Flesh, GoreGoyles), CLEAN is a twisted story about hate set in the world of serial killers. A strange anti-hero, Crane, is invited to a private snuff party along with a group of self-assumed murderers. Little do his new buddies know that Crane has his own plans for the party. 3/2/08 Two new videos on our YouTube channel We recently posted two cool videos on our YouTube Channel. Even though those two clips have very little to do with our films, we think you guys will still enjoy it. The first one is a live performance by Necrotic Mutation. This was last fall at the Club Soda in Montreal as part of their reunion show. It features the amazing vocals by our friend and star of the GoreGoyles series and the upcoming CLEAN; Sebastien Croteau. You'll see, it's quite a change from Uncle Dodo or the cowboy hat killer in Clean...
The second one is a little older but I was just too lazy ever to post it online. It's also a live song but this time by our good friends; Sexhead. It was shot in 2005 at L'Hemisphere Gauche in Mtl. The song is Why Don't You which is featured in our upcoming feature CLEAN.

12/13/07 GOREGOYLES 2 MAKING ITS WAY TO MONTREAL ON TIME FOR X-MAS!!! What a good surprise I had the other day when I stumbled on a dozen copies of GOREGOYLES 2 on the shelve of a video store here in Montreal! Man... This one has been though... Even though Amazon Canada announced that GOREGOYLES 2 would be available as a regular release (rather than an import) back in November, I never truly believed it until now. Part of the reason why is that Brain Damage Films did not know anything about a Canadian release back then (kind of weird since they are handling the sales in North America). Another reason is that the movie was not available in any of the stores I visited... But now... I can say that it's true! It took a while but Brain Damage cut a deal with local distributor Fusion 3 (great bunch of folks from Montreal) and the movie is now available in any good video store. Ask for it! GOREGOYLES
